PD Teesport Limited - Private Roads As Listed Below Will Be Closed To All Traffic
What is happening?
PD TEESPORT LIMITED
hereby gives notice that:
1. Its private roads as listed below will be closed to all traffic on the dates indicated:
Seal Sands Road
North Gare Road Sunday 5th October 2025
South Gare Road Sunday 19th October 2025
2. PD Teesport’s private roads at Hartlepool Dock including Kafiga Landings, Ferry Road and Greenland Road will be closed on Sunday 12th October 2025.
3. PD Teesport’s private roads at the Teesport Estate including Teesdock Road, Teesport Road, No. 1 Quay Road, Kinkerdale Road, Boulby Road and Riverside RoRo Road will be closed on Sunday 26th October 2025.
Tenants and boat owners with permission for access should carry with them proof of identity to ensure admission.
