THE DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT FOR STOCKPORT
FOOTPATH 30 BREDBURY AND ROMILEY MODICIATION ORDER 2023
The above Order made on 7 February 2023, if confirmed as made, will modify the Definitive Map and Statement for Stockport by: Adding to them bridleway 30 Bredbury and Romiley from the junction of Guywood Lane and Healdwood Road in a north-easterly for 314 metres to Moadlock. A copy of the order and the order map may be seen free of charge at the Town Hall reception from 9:00am to 4:30pm on Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Copies of the order and map may be bought there at the price of £10.00. Any representation or objection relating to the order must be sent in writing to the Assistant Director Governance at Stockport Legal Services, Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, Town Hall, Edward Street, Stockport, SK1 3XE quoting the reference AP/139037 not later than 12 November 2025 and applicants are requested to state the grounds on which it is made. If no representations or objections are duly made to the order, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Metropolitan Borough Council of Stockport, instead of submitting the order to the Secretary of State may itself confirm the order. If the order is submitted to the Secretary of State, any representations or objections which have been duly made and not withdrawn will be sent with it.
