What is happening?

ROYAL BOROUGH OF KINGSTON UPON THAMES

  1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under sections 90A and 90C of the Highways Act 1980 as amended by the Transport Act 1981 and The Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999 that the Council of the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames proposes to install 2 abreast speed cushions with an overall length of 3.5 metres and a width of 1.6 metres in Surbiton Hill Road. The maximum height will be 100mm with a maximum slope of the ramp being 1:20.

  1. Copies of this Section 90 Notice, of the Council’s Statement of Reasons for proposing the speed cushions and a plan showing the location and the effect of the proposal may be inspected as follows:-

  2. Council libraries;

  3. copies of the Section 90 Notice and plan can also be obtained by calling 020 8547 5000 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday; or

  1. If you would like to make comments on the proposed speed cushions you can do so by emailing tmo@kingston.gov.uk
