THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 202*
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City Council proposes to make the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders would be to:
(a) on the north-east side of Garway Road:
(i) extend the single yellow line waiting restrictions outside No. 18 south-eastward by 19.5 metres and introduce 25.7 metres of Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. loading restrictions - these waiting and loading restrictions would replace 6.1 metres of residents’ parking (1 space) and 13.4 metres of pay-by-phone parking (3 bays) outside Nos. 14 to 18; and
(ii) extend the residents’ parking place outside Nos. 2 to 8 north-westward by 3 metres and south-eastward by 5 metres, increasing its total length to 30 metres;
(b) on the south-west side of Garway Road:
(i) introduce single yellow line Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and Saturday 8.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. waiting restrictions and Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. loading restrictions outside Nos. 1 and 3, replacing 10.5 metres of residents’ parking (2 spaces); and
(ii) introduce 7 metres of double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions across the dropped kerb outside No. 1;
(c) on the north-east side of Inverness Terrace:
(i) relocate the pay-by-phone parking place opposite Nos. 125 to 135 north-westward by 15.2 metres and shorten its length by 4.4 metres (1 space) at its south-eastern end;
(ii) introduce 5 metres of residents’ parking opposite Nos. 129 and 131;
(iii) introduce 15 metres of single yellow line Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and Saturday 8.30 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. waiting restrictions and Monday to Friday 8.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. loading restrictions opposite Nos. 125 to 129 - see also paragraph 2(c)(i) above;
(d) on the south-west side of Inverness Terrace, introduce double yellow line “at any time” waiting and loading restrictions outside Nos. 121 and 123, replacing 7 metres of residents’ parking; and
(e) on the north-east side of Monmouth Road, extend the residents’ parking place outside College Park School and Nos. 25 and 27 north-westward by 5.1 metres, increasing its total length to 25.8 metres.
3. The proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection until six weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders at https://westminstertransportationservices.co.uk/ notices and, in person by appointment only, at Westminster City Hall 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP, between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays (except bank / public holidays).

5. Any objections or other representations about the proposals should be sent in writing to the Council’s agents, WSP Traffic Order Team, 3rd Floor, WSP House, 70 Chancery Lane, London, WC2A 1AF, or by email to tmo.westminster@wsp.com quoting reference 8146/CM, by 15th October 2025.
All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
