NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council made the above-mentioned Order on Friday 26th September 2025, in exercise of its powers and duties under Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 32, 33, 35(1), 47, 122(1) and 122(2) of the Act, as amended by the Traffic Management Act 2004 (“the 2004 Act”) and the Road Traffic Regulation (Parking) Act 1986, and of all other enabling powers, after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act, and having discharged its duty under section 122 of the Act.
