Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 5, Hockley in the District of Rochford from a point 20 metres either side (including the footbridge) of the footbridge over the railway track.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 03 October 2025 to 24 November 2025

or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting.

The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footpath crossing

upgrade works are undertaken.

The Order will come into effect on 03 October 2025 and may continue in force for 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Footpath 48, Rayleigh and Footpath 2, Hullbridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended

Effect of the order: To temporarily close Footpath 48, Rayleigh and Footpath 2, Hullbridge in the District of Rochford as below. Footpath Number Description

Footpath 48, Rayleigh From its junction with Hullbridge FP 2, approximately

20 metres southeast. Footpath 2, Hullbridge From its junction with FP 48, Rayleigh, for approximately

20 metres northwest.

The closure is scheduled to commence on 03 October 2025 to 24 November 2025

or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting.

(Codenham Straight, Kingswood) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Codenham Straight, Kingswood in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with Clayhill Road to its junction with Wynters a distance of approximately 40m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th October 2025 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2389274 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while footway patching and kerb line repair works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via Clay Hill Road, Sparrows Herne, Waldegrave, Codenham Straight and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 2nd October 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Common Lane, Thundersley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Common Lane, Thundersley in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 60m north west of its junction with Triton Way for a distance of approximately 60m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st October 2025 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN029M128102 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while meter installation works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.

The Order will come into effect on 2nd October 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Hockley Rise & Belchamps Way, Hawkwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

Phase 1: To temporarily close that length of Hockley Rise, Hawkwell in the District of Rochford from its junction with Southend Road for a distance of approximately 60m in a south westerly direction.

Phase 2: To temporarily close that length of Belchamps Way, Hawkwell in the District of Rochford from its junction with Hockley Rise to its junction with The Westerings a distance of approximately 165m.

The closures are scheduled to commence on 20th October 2025 for 22 days (phase 1) and for 43 days (phase 2), or where stated on a valid permit (AZ5021001437343 & AZ5021001437327 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains replacement works are undertaken by Cadent. Alternative routes are available via:

Phase 1: Southend Road, Woodlands Road, Kilnwood Avenue, Hockley Rise and vice versa. Phase 2: The Westerings, High Mead, Hockley Rise and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 2nd October 2025 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Ravensdale, Kingswood (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Ravensdale, Kingswood in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 20m north east of its junction with Hawksway for a distance of approximately 25m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th October 2025 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411001WG8P9T2D - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Park Drive, Pitsea in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with High Road for a distance of approximately 40m in a northerly direction (south bound only). The closure is scheduled to commence on 21st October 2025 (21:00-05:00) for 2 nights, or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M113692A - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Fore Street, Noak Bridge in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 50m north then north east of its junction with Bridge Street for a distance of approximately 55m in a north easterly then south easterly direction.
