What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Warwickshire County Council has made the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
SUNNINGDALE AVENUE, KENILWORTH
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to install new water hydrant.
Order Commences: 1 October 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 3 October 2025.
Access & Diversion: Elmdene Road, Brooke Road, Sunningdale Avenue and vice versa.

C43 HARBURY LANE, D3900 EARL RIVERS AVENUE &
D4810 MACBETH APPROACH, HEATHCOTE, WARWICK
Order Effect: Roads closed to vehicular traffic in phases as follows:
Phase 1: Harbury Lane from its junction with Vickers Way to Garrett Drive, Harbury Lane Roundabout, Earl Rivers Avenue from Harbury Lane roundabout to outside No. 22 Earl Rivers Avenue and Macbeth Approach from Harbury Lane roundabout to Collier Gardens – 2 x Sundays 28th September and 5th October (08.00hrs-17.00 hrs).
Phase 2: Harbury Lane from Harbury Lane Roundabout to Lionheart Avenue/Cicero Approach – 29th September to 3 rd October (09.00hrs-15.00 hrs ).
Phase 3: Harbury Lane from Harbury Lane Roundabout to Tachbrook Road/Oakley Wood Road – 6th to 8th October (09.00 hrs-15.00hrs ).
Phase 4: Lionheart Avenue/Cicero Approach to Tachbrook Road/Oakley Wood Road – 9th October (09.00hrs-15.00hrs).
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing and associated works.
Order Commences: 28 September 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 9 October 2025.
Access & Diversion: Diversions for Harbury Lane to be signed via the remainder of Harbury Lane, A452, Heathcote Lane, B4087 Tachbrook Road and vice versa. Access/egress to/from Macbeth Approach will be via Heathcote Lane. Access/egress to/from Earl Rivers Avenue will be via Heathcote Lane and Ophella Drive.

WISE TERRACE, LEAMINGTON SPA
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to install new gas service.
Order Commences: 29 September 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 7 October 2025.
Access & Diversion: No diversion available.
Contractor: Cadent Gas, Tel: 08000 111 999.
Warwickshire County Council proposes to make the following Temporary Traffic Orders:
PRIORY ROAD, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic between Chapel Street and Smith Street.
Reason for Order: To enable cable laying works.
Order Commences: 10 October 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 10 October 2025.
Access & Diversion: The Butts, Priory Road, Castle Hill, Smith Street and vice versa.

D5066 CASE LANE, SHREWLEY
Order Effect: Road Closed to vehicular traffic from Quarry Lane to Five Ways Road.
Reason for Order: Carriageway resurfacing and associated works, 08.00hrs-17.00hrs weekdays only.
Order Commences: 13 October 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 21 October 2025.
Access & Diversion: Quarry Lane, Five Ways Road and vice versa.

SANDY LANE, BLACKDOWN
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works for new electricity supply.
Order Commences: 13 October 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 15 October 2025.
Access & Diversion: Sandy Lane, Leamington Road, Kenilworth Road, Stoneleigh Road and vice versa.
Contractor: Network Plus, Tel: 01773 458 174.
THE BUTTS, WARWICK
Order Effect: Road closed to vehicular traffic.
Reason for Order: Works to disconnect gas service.
Order Commences: 11 October 2025 for up to 18 months.
Anticipated Completion: 12 October 2025.
Access & Diversion: Jury Street, High Street, West Street, Stratford Road, A46, Birmingham Road, Saltisford, Northgate and vice versa.
Contractor: Cadent Gas, Tel: 07831 706 512.
For all of the above temporary orders, pedestrian access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of road to be closed will be maintained at all times. Vehicular access will be maintained where possible.
