Yate Lane, Temporary Road Closure Due To Construction Works

YATE LANE, OXENHOPE
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of construction works proposed to be executed on or near Yate Lane, Oxenhope intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in the length of Yate Lane from its junction with Dark Lane to a point outside Upper Yate Farm.
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works proposed to be carried out on the said length of road.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.
Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the proposed Order will be available via Yate Lane (unaffected section), Dark Lane, Keighley Road, Station Road and vice versa.
The proposed Order will come into effect at 08:00 hours on the 6th October and remain in force until 18:00 on the 10th October 2025 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
