What is happening?
STAFFORDSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY 30 MPH SPEED LIMIT RESTRICTION
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 25/9/25 made an Order the effect of which is to temporarily introduce a temporary 30 MPH speed limit restriction along: Three Mile Lane, Newcastle Under Lyme.
For more information regarding access arrangements, timings and diversion routes please visit https://one.network/?tm=GB145358102. The Order will come into operation on 29/9/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 23/1/26. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the Utility works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council on 25/9/25 made an Order the effect of which is to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along: The Link Footway From Westbury Road To The Pippins, Newcastle Under Lyme.

The Order will come into operation on 29/9/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 3/10/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the BT ducting works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC
Notice is hereby given that Staffordshire County Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit traffic along:
Watlands View, Newcastle Under Lyme.

The Order will come into operation on 20/10/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 21/10/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the maintenance on the pumping station, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
Maer Hills Lane, Holloway Lane and Camp Hill, Madeley Park.

The Order will come into operation on 13/10/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 13/10/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the tree trimming works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

The Order will come into operation on 17/10/25 and the said works will commence on or as near as practicable to that date. It is anticipated the works will be completed by 17/10/25. The Order will remain in force for a period of 18 months or until the Utility works, which it is proposed to carry out on or near the road have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
