Effaith y Gorchymyn yw gwahardd dros dro bob cerbyd rhag mynd ar y darn o gefnffordd yr A487 Abergwaun i Fangor o’r enw Ffordd Osgoi Caernarfon sy’n ymestyn o’i chyffordd â Chylchfan Plas Menai hyd at ei chyffordd â Chylchfan Meifod, Gwynedd. Y llwybr arall ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r de o Gylchfan Plas Menai yw mynd ar yr A4871 drwy Gaernarfon i ailymuno â’r A487 wrth Gylchfan Meifod.

I’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r gogledd o Gylchfan Meifod.

Y llwybr arall ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r gorllewin o Gibyn yw mynd ar yr A4086 Ffordd Llanberis, parhau drwy Gylchfan yr A4086 ac ymuno â’r A4871 wrth Gylchfan Dewi Sant. I’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio tua’r dwyrain.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym am 22:00 o’r gloch ar 25 Medi 2025. Disgwylir y bydd y gwaharddiad dros dro yn weithredol tan 06:00 o’r gloch ar 26 Medi 2025, neu hyd nes y caiff yr arwyddion traffig dros dro eu symud ymaith yn barhaol. Dim ond yn ystod y cyfnod a bennir uchod y disgwylir i’r Gorchymyn fod yn weithredol.

Er hynny, bydd yn parhau’n ddilys am gyfnod o 18 mis ar y mwyaf rhag ofn y bydd angen ailamserlennu’r gwaith neu wneud gwaith canlyniadol neu waith arall.

Bydd hysbysiad am unrhyw newidiadau i’r amseroedd a’r dyddiadau yn cael ei arddangos cyn gwneud unrhyw waith a ailamserlennir. Gellir gweld copi o’r Gorchymyn a’r Hysbysiad ar wefan Llywodraeth Cymru ar https://llyw.cymru/gorchmynion-ffyrdd C WYNN Trafnidiaeth, Llywodraeth Cymru
