What is happening?

The Parkhouse Centre, Spaces to the front of the Parkhouse Centre, Ergue-Gaberic Way, Poughill Cemetery, and Helebridge carparks Bude.
Notice is hereby given that Bude Stratton Town Council proposes to make a new Order pursuant to the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 and all other enabling powers to be known as the Bude-Statton Town Council (Off Street Parking Places) Order 2025.
The Parkhouse Centre  Charging structure for all days – £1 per hour. Campers and Motorhomes prohibited 23:00- 08:00. Annual permits £203.00
Parking to the front of the Parkhouse Centre  No Charge to park for Parkhouse Centre users. No Campers or Motorhomes at any time.
Ergue-Gaberic Way   £1 per hour. Campers and Motorhomes prohibited 23:00- 08:00. Annual permits £203.00
Poughill Cemetery Car Park – No charge to park limited to 4 hours. Campers and Motorhomes prohibited 23:00- 08:00 
Helebridge Park - No charge to park limited to 4 hours. Campers and Motorhomes prohibited 23:00- 08:00 
This Notice is intended to provide an indication of the Order’s provisions. A copy of the draft Order may be viewed at https://www.bude-stratton.gov.uk/council-car-parks-oct-2025 or by application to the Town Clerk: clerk@bude-stratton.gov.uk  
Representations (objection or support) to the proposed Order must be in writing and received by 5th November 2025  addressed to: The Town Clerk, Parkhouse Centre, Ergue-Gaberic Way, Bude, EX23 8LD.
