What is happening?

Renfrewshire Council

Renfrewshire Council in exercise of its powers conferred upon by The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Section 51 of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2019, proposes to make the following Order:

Renfrewshire Council (Pavement Parking Exemption) (Consolidation & Amendment No.1) Order 202*.

The Order is considered necessary as the footways listed have the characteristics specified by the Scottish Ministers as per direction under section 67(1). Or they are no longer required either in whole or in part.

Langbank Middlepenny Road

Crosslee Houston Rd

Any person wishing to make representations with regard to the proposals should send details of the grounds for objection or support in writing to the Director of Environment, Housing & Infrastructure, Renfrewshire Council, Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley, PA1 1BR or email ei@renfrewshire.gov.uk by Wednesday 22nd October 2025.
