What is happening?
Devon County Council propose to make this under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to introduce 30mph Speed Limit in Dawlish: Dawlish Link Road (Shelduck Way), from a point 21 metres south of its junction with Plover Road (measured from centre line of Plover Road) to a point 564 metres south of its junction with Plover Road. Documents are also available to view during normal office hours at the address below. Objections and other comments specifying the proposal and the grounds on which they are made must be in writing to the address below or via https://devon.cc/tro to arrive by 23rd October 2025.
