Kent County Council, acting in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, makes or intends to make the following Orders.
ASHFORD AND MAIDSTONE AREAS
Warren Street Road & Waterditch Lane, Warren Street (PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) TEMPORARY ORDER 2025
To allow overhead cabling works to be carried out, Kent County Council intends to make an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on parts of Warren Street Road & Waterditch Lane, Warren Street, on or after 21st October 2025 for up to 1 day or until the works have been completed.
Warren Street Road will be closed from the junction with Stone Stile Farm Road to property named Gatelands, between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 only. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
Waterditch Lane will be closed in the vicinity of West Star Farm, between the hours of 09:30 and 15:30 only. To the extent indicated by signs and barriers on site.
The alternative route for any through traffic is via Waterditch Lane, Hubbards Hill, A20 Ashford Road, A20 Maidstone Road, Hart Hill, Warren Street Road and vice versa.
