What is happening?

PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH (AMITY PLACE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING, PARKING, WAITING, LOADING & UNLOADING) ORDER 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that Plymouth City Council acting under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended), have made an Order the effect of which is:

1. To prohibit the driving, parking, waiting, loading & unloading of vehicles in:

- Amity Place - for its entirety

The prohibition of driving, parking, waiting, loading & unloading will be in operation on the days and during the hours that the appropriate traffic signs are displayed. The Order shall come into force on 14th October 2025 and shall continue in force for a maximum of 18 months

It is anticipated that the lining works will commence on the 14th October 2025 until 15th October 2025 09:30 - 15:30
