RHODDIR RHYBUDD fod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Conwy yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, dim llai na saith niwrnod wedi dyddiad y Rhybudd hwn, yn gwahardd unrhyw un rhag achosi i unrhyw gerbyd fynd ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Ffordd Ysbytty, Penmachno sydd tua 12m o Stryd Llewelyn. Bydd y llwybr amgen yn mynd ar hyd Ffordd Groesffordd i Benmachno i’r A5 ac yn ôl ar hyd Ffordd Ysbytty. Caniateir mynediad i’r gwasanaethau brys a cherddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod hwn.
Mae angen y Gorchymyn hwn er mwyn caniatáu gwaith gan Dwr Cymru a daw i rym ar 13 Hydref 2025 am gyfnod heb fod yn fwy na wythnos.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)
The County Borough of Conwy (Ysbytty Road Penmachno) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Conwy County Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date hereof to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit vehicles to proceed in that length of Ysbytty Road Penmachno approximately 12m from Llewelyn Street. The alternative route will be via Groesffordd Road onto Penmachno to A5 and back onto Ysbytty Road. Access will be maintained for pedestrians and emergency services.
The Order is necessary to facilitate works by Welsh Water and comes into effect on 13 October 2025 for a maximum period of 1 week.
