ABERDEENSHIRE COUNCIL
C85S CORSE – TEMPORARY CLOSURE
“The Aberdeenshire Council (C85S Corse – 07.10.25)
(Temporary Closure to Vehicular traffic) Order, 2025” has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984.
The order will operate from 07.10.25 for a period of 14 days and will prohibit any person from driving on the C85S Corse from Mill of Kirktonmill to Mains of Corse. Access will be provided for emergency and vehicles requiring access to properties but may be subject to delay until the road is cleared of construction plant to allow safe passage through the works.
The temporary restriction is necessary in the interests of public safety to allow cable works for a telecoms company to be carried out. An alternative route is available via the C85S – C88S – C87S – A96T – C82S – C85S and vice versa.
