DEDDF RHEOLEIDIO TRAFFIG FFYRDD 1984 – ADRAN 14(1)

Mae Cyngor Sir Ddinbych yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn, ddim cynn na 7 niwrnod o 24 Medi 2025, sy’n gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag teithio ar hyd y darn hwnnw o Fron Bache, Llangollen yn Sir Ddinbych, sy’n ymestyn i gyfeiriad y dwyrain o Ffynnon Las i Ffordd Fron Bache am bellter o oddeutu 190 metr.

Mae angen cau’r ffordd er mwyn hwyluso’r gwaith o osod cysylltiad carthffos newydd gan Wilson Brothers Contractors Ltd. Bydd y ffordd ar agor i gerddwyr drwy gydol y cyfnod cau.

Nid oes llwybr arall ar gael.

Bydd y Gorchymyn mewn grym o 14 Hydref 2025 am gyfnod o ddeunaw mis neu nes y bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag sydd gynharaf. Disgwylir i’r gwaith bara tan tua 31 Hydref 2025.

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC ORDER

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1)

Denbighshire County Council intends not sooner than 7 days from 24th September 2025 to make an Order prohibiting vehicles using that length of Fron Bache Llangollen in the County of Denbigh which extends eastward from ‘Ffynnon Las to Fron Bache Road’ for a distance of approximately 190 metres.

The closure is necessary to facilitate a new sewer connection by Wilson Brothers Contractors Ltd. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

There is no alternative route available.

The Order is effective from 14th October 2025 for an eighteen-month period or the earlier completion of the works whichever is soonest. The works are expected to last approximately until 31st October 2025.
