COAST PATH FOOTPATHS MU2, 3, 5, 6 MUMBLES NOTICE 2025

NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City and County of Swansea has made an Order in pursuance of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) in respect of the footpaths mentioned above. The closure is required for health and safety reasons whilst works are undertaken to make improvements to the surface of the Coast Path.

SCHEDULE Footpath MU2 (Coast Path) from ROTHERSLADE BAY eastwards for 1500 metres to LIMESLADE BAY.

Footpath MU3 from its junction with footpath MU85 in a westerly direction to footpath MU2 (the Coast Path).

Footpath MU5 from a point to the south of 12 Well Field Place to footpath MU2 (the Coast Path).

MU6 from the bottom of St Annes Close in a south easterly direction for 175 metres to footpath MU2 (the Coast Path).

The closure will operate from Monday 6 October 2025 for a period of 11 weeks or, if completed earlier, until the works are completed.
