(C2085 Elmbridge to Cutnall Green, Cutnall Green) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2085 Elmbridge to Cutnall Green from its junction with U40404 Elmbridge Green Rd for a distance of 377 metres in a southerly direction.

Reason: Drainage work for flood alleviation by WCC.

Alternative route: C2085 Elmbridge to Cutnall Green (part), C2082 Elmbridge Ln, C2018 Clattercut Ln, A442 Droitwich Rd, A442 Kidderminster Rd, C2085 Addis Ln, C2085 Elmbridge to Cutnall Green (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days.

Commencing: 20 October 2025.

(B4091 Stourbridge Road, Catshill) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of B4091 Stourbridge Rd from its junction with B4091 Stourbridge Rd Roundabout to its junction with U21000 Perryfields Rd.

Reason: New development works by Taylor Wimpey.

Alternative route: B4091 Stourbridge Rd (part), B4185 Meadow Rd, B4185 Gibb Ln, B4185 Golden Cross Ln, A38 Birmingham Rd, A38 Lickey End Roundabout, A38 Birmingham Rd, A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass, A448 Stratford Rd, A448 The Strand, B4091 Stourbridge Rd (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 16 days (07:30 – 20:30) (over 3 consecutive weekends only).

Commencing: 27 September 2025.

(C2080 Shaftland Cross to Phepson, Himbleton) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of C2080 Shaftland Cross to Phepson from its junction with C2150 Goosehill Ln to Larks Common to its junction with C2154 Dunhampstead to Himbleton Rd.

Reason: Utility work by STW.

Alternative route: C2080 Goosehill Ln, B4090 Hanbury Rd, C2076 The Holloway, C2076 Tagwell Rd, C2076 Newland Rd to Plough Ln, U42212 Skergens Ln, C2077 Trench Ln, C2032 Shaftland Cross to Phepson and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day.

Commencing: 29 September 2025.

(C2082 Elmbridge Lane, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of C2082 Elmbridge Ln from its junction with C2018 Clattercut Ln to its junction with U40404 Elmbridge Green Rd.

Reason: New Customer Connection by STW.

Alternative route: C2082 Elmbridge Ln (part) C2018 Clattercut Ln, A448 Kidderminster Rd, C2084 Berry Ln, Cutn Ln, C2082 Elmbridge Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days.

Commencing: 30 September 2025.

(C2159 Littleheath Lane, Lickey End) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of C2159 Littleheath Ln from its junction with U21561 Meadowvale Rd to its junction with B4096 Alcester Rd.

Reason: Utility work by Cadent.

Alternative route: B4096 Alcester Rd, U21561 Meadowvale Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs).

Commencing: 29 September 2025.

(U42012 Colley Pits Lane, Wychbold) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U42012 Colley Pits Ln from a point of 130 metres north of its junction with C2085 Crown Ln for a distance of 650 metres in an easterly direction until outside Kingsland Hill Farm.

Reason: Pole replacement by Openreach.

No access for emergency services, must follow diversion route.

Alternative route: C2085 Crown Ln, C2083 Crutch Ln, U42012 Colley Pits Ln (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day.

Commencing: 15 October 2025.

(C2058 New Road, Rubery) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of C2058 New Rd from its junction with U21439 St Chad’s Rd for a distance of 413 metres in an easterly direction until Birmingham boundary.

Reason: Carriageway resurfacing including civils work by WCC.

Alternative route:

• Northbound diversion: C2057 Callowbrook Rd, C2057 Callowbrook Ln into Birmingham, U21438 Leach Heath Ln, U21438 Whetty Ln, C2058 New Rd (part) and vice versa.

• Southbound diversion: C2058 New Rd (part), C2058 Legion Rd, U21438 Whetty Ln, U21438 Leach Heath Ln into Birmingham and vice versa.

  Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights (19:00–06:00) between 22 October 2025 and 7 November 2025.

(Link Footpath F20518 Eastleigh Drive, Romsley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of Link Footpath F20518 Eastleigh Dr (outside No. 19) from its junction with U20617 Eastleigh Dr to its junction with C2002 St. Kenelms Rd.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: U20617 Eastleigh Dr, U20615 Hillcrest Rd, C2002 St. Kenelms Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days.

Commencing: 29 September 2025.

(U42200 Stoney Lane, Earls Common) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Proposed Order: To close that part of U42200 Stoney Ln from its junction with C2032 Himbleton to Middle Rd to its junction with C2150 Goosehill Ln to Earls Common.

Reason: Pre-surface dressing preparation by WCC.

Alternative route: C2150 Goosehill Ln to Earls Common, C2032 Himbleton to Middle Rd and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days

between 15 October 2025 and 28 October 2025.

(Link Footpath F40079 Crofters Hill: Crofters Way to Thatchers, Droitwich Spa) (Temporary Closure) Order 2025

Order made: To close that part of Link Footpath F40079 Crofters Hill: Crofters Way to Thatchers from its junction with U11720 Westwood Rd to its junction with U41742 Crofters Way.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Alternative route: U41742 Crofters Way, U41740 Paddock Way, Link Footpath F40048 Paddock Hill to Paddock Way to Sub Way, Link Footpath F40008 Westlands Rd, Link Footpath F40022 Westlands Way (trhough no. 40-46), U41743 Pughmans Way, Link Footpath F40026 Pughmans Way to Thatchers Green Link, Link Footpath F40076 Thatchers Way and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days (24hrs).

Commencing: 29 September 2025.

EXEMPTIONS: TO PERMIT ACCESS TO ANY LAND OR PREMISES FRONTING THE HIGHWAY AFFECTED WHERE THERE IS NO OTHER FORM OF ACCESS; AND TO ALLOW THE WORKS TO BE UNDERTAKEN.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) (Footpath BM-584, Bromsgrove) (Temporary Closure Order) 2025

Order made: To close Footpath BM-584, Bromsgrove for its entire length.

The Order has been made due to a dangerous bridge.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: A448 St. John Street, B4184 Market Place, B4184 Worcester Road and vice versa.

The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until such time as the works it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months continuing on from 4 September 2025.
