Temporary Closure of Little Leaze Lane
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Little Leaze Lane – from 200 metres south-east of the junction with The Nydon, south-eastwards for a total distance of 43 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to replace a frame and cover.
The Order becomes effective on 7th October 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months.
The works are expected to commence on 13th October 2025 and last until 15th October 2025 between the hours of 00:00 – 23:59 for a total of 3 days. There is no alternative route for this closure. The works promoter will contact residents and businesses directly to discuss access arrangements.
