Wyche Avenue - Temporary Prohibition of Footway For Footway Resurfacing

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH FOOTWAY) ORDER 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that Birmingham City Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrian to proceed along the complete length of Wyche Avenue.
The temporary Order is required to facilitate Footway Resurfacing in safety.
An alternative route for pedestrians affected by this Order will be signed on site.
Access to frontages will be maintained as necessary.
These prohibitions shall apply only during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by The Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
The Order will come into operation on Monday 6th October 2025 and will remain in force for a period of 6 weeks or until the works are completed whichever is the earlier.
