Christchurch, Temporary Footpath Closure Due To Gas Works
What is happening?
BOURNEMOUTH, CHRISTCHURCH AND POOLE COUNCIL
BRINSONS CLOSE, CHRISTCHURCH - FOOTPATH E63/22 CLOSURE TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER 2025 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council intends to make temporary traffic regulations, with the effects detailed below, to control traffic.
WHAT: Public Right of Way closed to all pedestrians.
WHERE: Footpath E63/22 from Brinsons Close to Salisbury Road
WHY: To ensure site safety whilst gas works are being carried out by SGN
WHEN: Anticipated dates: 20th October 2025 until 31st October 2025
ACCESS: Full emergency services access will be maintained, access to properties will remain
depending on site safety.
DIVERSION: Via Brinsons Close, Moorcroft Avenue, Woodstock Road, Salisbury Road and
vice versa.

These arrangements may be amended/extended should works overrun or weather conditions delay operations. Restrictions may be in effect under this Order for up to 18 months, and could be further extended with the approval of the Secretary of State.
