Bolton, Temporary Road Closures Due To Resurfacing Works

What is happening?

BANK ST. / MANOR ST. TEMPORARY CLOSURES

THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14

The Council intends to make an order, operative from 13 October 2025 for 5 days approx, the effect of which will be to prohibit all traffic from proceeding on Bank Street / Manor Street from Deansgate to Folds Rd to allow resurfacing works to take place. Alternative route is via Bridge St, Bow St as the Order will also temporarily suspend the Bus Lane/Gate on Deansgate. The order will end after 18 months or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
