NOTICE OF PROPOSAL
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984
LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(VARIOUS LOCATIONS, PENDLE BOROUGH) (REVOCATION AND VARIOUS PARKING RESTRICTIONS (25-26 NO2F)) ORDER 202*

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Lancashire County Council propose to make the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to:
1. Revoke the following:
a) The "Lancashire County Council (Barley Lane, Barley New Road, Cross Lane, Narrowgates and The Avenue, Barley, Pendle Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2023" insofar as it relates to Item c) of the Schedule.
b) The "Lancashire County Council (Pendle Area) (On Street Parking Places, Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting) Consolidation Order 2009" insofar as it relates to:
i. Item (137) of Schedule 2.01;
ii. Item (312) of Schedule 10.01;
iii. Items (11)a) and (11)b) of Schedule 11.083;
iv. Item (20) of Schedule 12.084.
2. Introduce a prohibition of waiting in the following lengths of road:
a) Barley Lane, Barley, the south west side, from its junction with the centreline of Barley Green to its junction with the centreline of Heys Lane;
b) Cross Lane, Barley, the west side, from its junction with the centreline of Heys Lane for a distance of 9 metres in a southerly direction;
c) Earby Road, Salterforth, both sides, from a point 20 metres north west of its junction with the Centreline of Sykes Close for a distance of 115 metres in a south easterly direction;
d) Station Road, Barnoldswick, the north west side, from its junction with the centreline of Skipton Road for a distance of 23 metres in a north-easterly direction.
3. Introduce a restriction of waiting Monday to Saturday 9am – 6pm in the following lengths of road:
a) Station Road, Barnoldswick, the north west side, from a point 87 metres north-east of its junction with the centreline of Skipton Road to its junction with the centreline of Fernlea Avenue in a north-easterly direction;
b) Station Road, Barnoldswick, the south east side, from a point 6 metres north-east of its junction with the centreline of Skipton Road to its junction with the centreline of Fernlea Avenue in a north-easterly direction.
4. Introduce a limited waiting parking place for 1 hour with no return within 2 hours Monday to Saturday between 8am and 6pm in Station Road, Barnoldswick, the north west side, from a point 23 metres north-east of its junction with the centreline of Skipton Road for a distance of 18 metres in a north-easterly direction.
