HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod y Cyngor wedi gwneud Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ceredigion (Y B4334 a’r U5202 Coed y Bryn) (Gwahardd Traffig Dwyodd Dros Dro) 2025 gan wahardd pob cerbyd rhag mynd ar hyd y priffyrdd hynny. Cedwir mynediad i gerddwyr.

B4334, Coed-y-bryn – 16/09/2025

Y ffordd arall ar gyfer traffig sy’n mynd i gyfeiriad y de o bwynt i’r gogledd o’r darn ffordd a gaewyd, wrth y gyffordd a’r C1099, yw teithio i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin ar hyd y B4334 i’r groesffordd groesgam a’r gyffordd â’r B4571 ym Mhenrhiwpal. Trowch i’r chwith i’r B4571 gan deithio i’r gylchfan yn Adpar. Cymerwch y troad cyntaf oddi ar y gylchfan i’r A475 a theithiwch i’r gyffordd â’r B4334. Trowch i’r chwith i’r B4334 gan barhau hyd y pwynt i’r de o’r darn ffordd a gaewyd. Ac i’r gwrthwyneb ar gyfer traffig sy’n mynd i’r gogledd. Mae’r ffordd arall oddeutu 10.4 milltir.

Cafodd y Gorchymyn ei roi ar waith ar 16/09/2025 a bydd yn parhau mewn grym am tua diwrnod hyd nes y bydd y gwaith ar ran BT Openreach wedi’i gwblhau. Gall y Gorchymyn barhau mewn grym am 18 mis.

Bwriedir gan y Cyngor, nid llai na 7 niwrnod o 23/09/2025, wened Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Ceredigion (U005 Llanarth) (Gwaharddiad Droes Dro ar Ddraifftg Twodd) 2025 er mwyn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag teithio ar hyd y briffordd dan sylw. Cedwir y ffordd ar agor i gerddwyr drwy’r amser. Y ffordd arall ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio i gyfeiriad y de-ddwyrain o bwynt sydd i’r gogledd-orllewin o’r cau fydd teithio ar hyd y U005 i’w gyffordd â’r U5163. Troi i’r chwith i’r U5163 a theithio i’w chyffordd â’r B4342C. Troi i’r chwith i’r B4342C a theithio i’w chyffordd â’r A487T. Troi i’r chwith i’r A487T a theithio i’w chyffordd â’r U005 ac i bwynt sydd i’r de-ddwyrain o’r cau. I’r gwrthwyneb i draffig sy’n teithio i gyfeiriad y gogledd-orllewin. Cyfanswm pellter o oddeutu 620 metr. Bwriedir y bydd y Gorchymyn yn dod i rym ar 06/10/2025 a bydd parhau mewn lle hyd nes bydd y gwaith a orfo sydd wedi ei gwblhau—oddeutu pythefnos. Mae’n bosib y bydd y Gorchymyn yn parhau mewn grym am oddeutu 18 mis.

Caniateir mynediad i gerddwyr. Y llwybr amgen ar gyfer traffig sy’n teithio i’r dwyrain o bwynt i’r gorllewin o’r darn ffordd a gaewyd bydd teithio ar hyd Bro Tygwydd i’r gyffordd â’r U5242. Trowch i’r chwith i’r U5242 gan barhau i’r gyffordd â’r U5241. Trowch i’r chwith i’r U5241 gan deithio i’r gyffordd â Parcgweddig Hill. Trowch i’r chwith i Parcgweddig Hill gan deithio i bwynt i’r dwyrain o’r darn ffordd a gaewyd; ac i’r gwrthwyneb. Cyfanswm pellter o oddeutu 1.4 milltir. Bwriedir i’r Gorchymyn ddod i rym ar 17/09/2025 a bydd yn parhau nes bydd y gwaith draenio wedi’i gwblhau, bydd yn cymryd tua 6 wythnos. Gall y Gorchymyn bara amryw o 18 mis.

HYSBYSIR drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Ceredigion, gyda chydsyniad Llywodraeth Cymru, yn cymryd estyniad i’r gorchymyn i gau Llwybr Ceffyl 75/27 Beulah o dan Adran 15(5) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd gan Ddeddf Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1991 ac yn unol â Rheoliad 9 o Reoliadau Gweithdrefn Traffig Ffyrdd (Cyfyngiadau Dros Dro) 1992), a’i effaith fydd gwahardd pob person rhag mynd ar hyd y rhan honno o’r hawl dramwy gyhoeddus a adwaenir fel: Llwybr Ceffyl 75/27 Beulah (SN2600:4387) yn rhedeg rhwng y B4570 ger Capel Tygwydd a’r ffordd annosbarthedig ger Ty Blaenpant. Nid oes llwybr amgen. Mae angen yr estyniad i’r Gorchymyn er mwyn sicrhau diogelwch y cyhoedd tra bod y gwaith o atgweirio’r bont a ddifrodwyd yn cael ei gwblhau. Lle bo’n briodol, gall gorchmynion rheoleiddio traffig dros dro barhau mewn grym am gyfnod heb fod yn fwy na chwe mis. Bydd yr estyniad i’r Gorchymyn yn dechrau ar y 27ain o Fedi 2025.

Ceredigion County Council

NOTICE is given that the Council have made the Ceredigion County Council (B4334 & U5202 Coed y Bryn) Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025 to prohibit any vehicle proceeding along that highway. Pedestrian access maintained.

B4334 Coed y Bryn – 16/09/2025

The alternative route for south bound traffic from a point north of the closure, at its junction with the C1099, is to travel in a north westerly direction along the B4334 to the staggered crossroads and its junction with the B4571 at Penrhiwpal. Turn left onto the B4571 and travel to it’s the roundabout at Adpar. Take the 1st exit onto the A475 and travel to its junction with the B4334. Turn left onto the B4334 and continue to a point south of the closure. Vice versa for northbound traffic. A total distance of approximately 10.4 miles.

U5202 Coed y Bryn – 16/09/2025

There is no alternative route.

The Order was implemented on the 16/09/2025 and will remain in place for approximately 1 day whilst poling works for BT Openreach are completed – approximately 1 day. The Order may continue in force for 18 months.

The Council intends, not less than 7 days from 23/09/2025, to make the Ceredigion County Council (U005 Llanarth) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025 to prohibit any vehicle proceeding along that highway. Pedestrian access maintained. The alternative route for south-east bound traffic from a point north-west of the closure is to travel along the U005 to its junction with the U5163. Turn left into the U5163 and travel to its junction with the B4342C. Turn left into the B4342C and travel to its junction with the A487T. Turn left into the A487T and travel to its junction with the U005 and a point south-east of the closure. Vice versa for north-west bound traffic. A total distance of approximately 620 metres. The Order is expected to come into force on the 06/10/2025 and remain in place for approximately 2 weeks whilst works are completed. The Order may continue in force for 18 months.

Turn left into the A487T and travel to its junction with UQ05 and to a point south-east of the closure. Vice versa for north-west bound traffic. A total distance of approximately 620 metres. It is intended that the Order will come into force on 06/10/2025 and will continue until trenching works have been completed — approximately 2 weeks. The Order may continue in force for 18 months.

NOTICE is given that the Council have made the Ceredigion County Council (Bro Tygwydd & Parcgweddih Hill, Llandygwydd, Cardigan) Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order 2025 to prohibit any vehicle proceeding along that highway. Pedestrian access maintained. The alternative route for eastbound traffic from a point west of the closure is to travel along Bro Tygwydd to its junction with the U5242. Turn left into the U5242 and travel to its junction with the U5241. Turn left into the U5241 and travel to its junction with Parcgweddih Hill. Turn left into Parcgweddih Hill and travel to a point east of the closure; and vice versa. A total distance of approximately 1.4 miles. The Order was implemented on 17/09/2025 and will remain in place until the drainage works have been completed in approximately 6 weeks. The Order may continue in force for 18 months.

NOTICE is hereby given that Cyngor Sir Ceredigion County Council with the consent of the Welsh Government approves the extension of the closure of Bridleway 75/27 Beulah under Section 15(5) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended by the Road Traffic) Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991 and in accordance with Regulation 9 of The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Procedure Regulations 1992, the effect of which will be to prohibit any persons from proceeding along the length of public right of way known as: Bridleway 75/27 Beulah (SN2600:4387) running between the B4570 near Capel Tygwydd and the unclassified road near Blaenpant House. There is no alternative route. The extension to the Order is required to ensure public safety whilst repair works to the damaged bridge is completed. Where appropriate temporary traffic regulation orders may continue in force for a period not exceeding six months. The extension to the Order will commence on the 27th September 2025.
