What is happening?
THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(VARIOUS ROADS, THE DISTRICT OF HARBOROUGH)
CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2022 (NORTHAMPTON ROAD,
SPRINGFIELD STREET AND WELLAND PARK ROAD, MARKET HARBOROUGH) (AMENDMENT 9) ORDER 202
THE LEICESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL hereby gives notice that it proposes to make an Order under Sections 1, 2, 4, 5, 19, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 49 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”), and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act, the effect of which will be:
To impose No Loading or Waiting at Any Time Restrictions on parts of Northampton Road, Springfield Street and Welland Park Road, Market Harborough.
A copy of the proposed Order, together with a plan illustrating the proposals and an explanatory statement giving the Council’s reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected during normal office hours at my offices, Room 200, County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester LE3 8RA or at the offices of Harborough District Council, Adam & Eve Street, Market Harborough LE16 7AG.

Objections to the proposals, specifying the grounds on which they are made, should be sent in writing to the undersigned by not later than 16th October 2025, quoting reference KJ/HTWMT/6010.
