What is happening?

SWINDON BOROUGH COUNCIL

(VARIOUS ROADS, SWINDON) (SPEED LIMITS)

CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2022 (VARIATION NO. 1) 2025

DRAYCOTT CLOSE, DRAYCOTT FOLIAT

Notice is given of Swindon Borough Council’s intention to make the above Order under the provisions of The Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to revoke the national and 40mph speed limit on Draycott Close to be replaced with 40mph and 30mph speed limit.

A copy of the documents for the Order may be inspected online at www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders

Objections or representations to the proposed Order should be made by completing the consultation form which can be found at www.swindon.gov.uk/trafficregulationorders

under ‘Stage 2 – Formal consultation’ with reference (ST/TRO/Draycott Close) by no later than 14 October 2025. Any objection or representation received will form part of a public record, which may be made publicly available.
