What is happening?
THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE COUNCIL (ON STREET PARKING PLACES) (CIVIL ENFORCEMENT) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO 77) (WEST ELLA ROAD, KIRK ELLA) ORDER 2025
1. On 25 September 2025 East Riding of Yorkshire Council made this Order which will be operative from 25 September 2025 the effect of which will be to introduce No stopping between 11.15am - 1.30pm on part of West Ella Road, Kirk Ella.
2. A copy of the Order and relevant plan may be examined during normal office hours at Haltemprice Library & Customer Service Centre, 120 Springfield Way, Anlaby, HU10 6QJ.
3. If you wish to question the validity of this Order or of any provision contained within it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any instrument made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from 25 September 2025 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
