The County of Cornwall (Trewirgie Hill, Redruth) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Redruth.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th October 2025 to 8th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Trewirgie Hill, Redruth between the junction of Gilly Fields and grid reference SW6973141109.

An alternative route will be signed on site. However, for further information please go to https://one.network/?tm=143624383 or contact Sunbelt Rentals on 03700 500 792.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Redruth.

This prohibition is necessary for works to repair and replace water collection tanks fixed to the roof of the arch of the viaduct and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th October 2025 to 10th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0900 and 1600, weekdays only.

Road affected - Trewirgie Road, Redruth between the junction of Falmouth Road and the property known as Buller Cottages.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Redruth.

This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th October 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Camborne.

This prohibition is necessary to construct new kerb lines, footways and crossing point and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th October 2025 to 31st October 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. 

Road affected - Fore Street, Camborne between the junction of Commercial Street and Trevithick Road.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Camborne.

This prohibition is necessary for new kerbing, footway and carriageway paving works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th October 2025 to 14th November 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Roads affected - Gurneys Lane, Camborne between the junction of Chapel Street and grid reference SW6467840064, Chapel Street, Camborne between the junction of Gurneys Lane and grid reference SW6470440031, Gas Street, Camborne between the junction of Chapel Street and grid reference SW6475140059.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th October 2025, for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Trevingey Road, Redruth between the junction of Trevingey Close and Churchtown.

This prohibition is necessary for footway works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th October 2025 to 19th December 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Road From Bucketts Hill To Albany Road, Redruth between the junction of Clinton Road and Clinton Close.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Truro.

This prohibition is necessary for gully emptying and seasonal maintenance works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th October 2025 to 24th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only. 

Road affected - A39 between Carland Cross and Union Hill Truro for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Porthleven. 

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd October 2025 to 24th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1600, weekdays only.

Roads affected - Cliff Road between the junction of Loe Bar Road and the property named Suffolk Cottage and Loe Bar Road between grid reference SW62952 25443 and the property named Ocean Wave, Porthleven.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd October 2025 to 23rd October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.
