(DEANFOOT ROAD, WEST LINTON) (TEMPORARY CLOSING) ORDER 2025

The Scottish Borders Council (Deanfoot Road, West Linton) (Temporary Closing) Order 2025 has been made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 22 September 2025 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of four days between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 each day. The Order is required for resurfacing works.

When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive or cause or permit to be driven any vehicle along the C3 at Deanfoot Road, West Linton.

The alternative route for south westbound traffic is via the C3, A701, B6372, A766, A702, B7059 and C3 to the point of closure, for north eastbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing.
