Latch Road, Brechin - Temporary Prohibition of Waiting and Loading
What is happening?
TRAFFIC ORDER
On 22/09/2025 the Council made The Angus Council (Latch Road, Brechin)(Temporary Prohibition of Waiting and Loading)(No. 3) Order 2025, under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, because of the likelihood of danger to the public. The effect of the Order is to prohibit the waiting and loading of vehicles on Latch Road, Brechin: (1) on its north side from its junction with Provost Road in a westerly direction for a distance of 25 metres or thereby; (2) on its north side from its junction with Provost Road in an easterly direction for a distance of 10m or thereby; (3) on its south side from a point 24 metres or thereby east of its junction with St Andrews Street, in an easterly direction for a distance of 25 metres or thereby; (4) on Provost Road (both sides) from its junction with Latch Road in a north-westerly direction for a distance of 10 metres or thereby. The Order is effective from 29/09/2025 for 18 months, the maximum permitted duration in terms of the Act. Full details of the Order are available at www.angus.gov.uk/trafficorders.
