Norfolk County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, hereby give notice that:
THEY PROPOSE TO MAKE Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders in respect of the following roads:
ACLE AND BEIGHTON – 1) C437 Beighton Road from its junction with C875 Lefins Lane for 2160m southwards and; 2) U59299 Low Farm Road from its junction with B1140 Coxhill Road for 155m eastwards and; 3) B1140 Coxhill Road from its junction with C446 Acle Road for 1330m southwards to facilitate new dual carriageway construction works from 1st October 2025 to 31st December 2026 (may continue until 31st March 2027). BUXTON LAMAS – U57241 Sandy Lane from its junction with Coltishall Road for 450m westwards to facilitate new fibre network installation works from 29th September to 3rd October 2025 (may continue until 14th November 2025). COLBY AND BANNINGHAM – 1) C298 Colby Road/Church Road from 30m south of its junction with U14240 Bridge Road for 60m northwards and; 2) U14240 Bridge Road from its junction with C298 Colby Road/Church Road for 20m eastwards to facilitate overhead cabling works on 1st October 2025 (may continue until 12th November 2025). CROMER – Back Lane Adjacent to 15 Cadogan Road Heading South To Canada Road from its junction with Cadogan Road for 45m northwards to facilitate duct laying works from 1st to 5th October 2025 (may continue until 16th November 2025). CROMER – Gangway from its junction with Surrey Street for 25m southwards to facilitate clearing fibre blockages works from 1st to 3rd October 2025 (may continue until 14th November 2025). EAST RUSTON – U19081 Chequers Street from 190m west of its junction with U19052 Back Road for 30m westwards to facilitate meter exchange works on 29th September 2025 (may continue until 10th November 2025). FELTHORPE – C262 Taverham Road from its junction with Reepham Road to its junction with Church Lane to facilitate patching works on 2nd October 2025 (may continue until 13th November 2025). HAINFORD – 1) U57237 Spixworth Road from its junction with Lady Lane for 400m southwards and 2) Frettenham Road from its junction with Spixworth Road for 100m south-eastwards to facilitate installation and connection of new works for overhead line and poles on 27th September 2025 (may continue until 8th November 2025). HEMPSTEAD – Back Lane from its junction with C622 Marpit Lane to its junction with U14365 Chapel Lane to facilitate re-building embankment works from 1st October to 12th November 2025 (may continue until 12th May 2026). HOLT – Elizabeth Crescent at its junction with Edinburgh Road to facilitate new manhole replacement works, traffic over the road shall be prohibited to turn left onto Edinburgh Road from 29th September to 31st October 2025 (may continue until 30th April 2026).
