What is happening?

THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO MAKE
(Southlands Rd, Denham) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025
which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Southlands Rd for approx. 373M. The closure is required whilst CityFibre works commence on 7 October 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 7 October 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Innings Rd, Frieth) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025
which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Innings Rd for approx. 44M.
Alternative route: Suprgrove Ln, Perrin Springs Ln, Ellery Rise, Frieth Hill, Innings Rd and vice versa.
The closure is required whilst a new water connection commence on 6 October 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6 October 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Fulmer Rd, Fulmer) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025
which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Fulmer Rd for approx. 82M.
Alternative route: Fulmer Rd, Windmill Rd, Stoke Common Rd, Gerrards Cross Rd, Windsor Rd, Oxford Rd, Gaviots Green and vice versa.
The closure is required whilst a pole replacement commence on 6 October 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 6 October 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Orchard Ln, Prestwood) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025
which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Orchard Ln for approx. 48M.
Alternative route: Honor Rd, Nairdwood Ln, High Street and vice versa.
The closure is required whilst pole replacement commence on 1 October 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 1 October 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Juniper Ln, Flackwell Heath) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025
which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Juniper Ln for approx. 791M.
Alternative route: Whitepit Ln, The Green, Wycombe Ln and vice versa.
The closure is required whilst Tree maintenance works commence on 10 November 2025. The proposed Order will come into operation on 10 November 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Hog Ln, John Ln, Ashley Green) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025
which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Hog Ln, John Ln for the entire length.
Alternative route: The Vale, Vale Rd, Nashleigh Hill, Ashley Green Rd, Chesham Rd, Hog Ln and vice versa.
The closure is required whilst Affinity Water mains renewals commence on 26th September 2025.
The proposed Order will come into operation on 26th September 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Fagnall Ln, Winchmore Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025
which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Fagnall Ln for approx. 486M.
Alternative route: The Common, Whielden Ln, Horsemoor Ln, Marrods Bottom, Fagnall Ln and vice versa.
The closure is required whilst Trooli ducting works commence on 6 October 2025.
The proposed Order will come into operation on 6 October 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
(Old Rectory Ln, Lower Rd, Denham) (Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic) Order, 2025
which will temporarily prohibit any vehicle from proceeding, except for access, in Old Rectory Ln, Lower Rd, for approx. 831m.
Alternative route: Slade Oak Ln, A413, A412 and vice versa.
The closure is required whilst Openreach pole replacement works commence on 5 October 2025.
The proposed Order will come into operation on 5 October 2025, as signed, with maximum 18 months duration.
THE COUNCIL HAS MADE
(Public Bridleway No. 14/1, Parish of Weston Turville) (Temporary Bridleway Closure) Order 2025
under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Bridleway No.14/1, which commence at the junction with Church Lane and continues south for approx. 300M to the junction of WTU 13/2.
The closure is required in the interest of public safety due to failed bridge requiring replacement. There is no suitable alternative route.
The proposed Order will come into operation on 12 September 2025, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
(Public Footpath No. 2, Parish of Gerrards Cross) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2025
under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath commencing at the junction of GEC FP 2 & Amersham Road and continues east for approx. 200M.
There is no alternative route. The closure is required in the interest of public safety due to a failed bridge.
The Order will come into operation on 5 September 2025, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
THE COUNCIL INTENDS TO MAKE
(Public Footpath No.58, High Wycombe) (Temporary Footpath Closure) Order 2025
under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which will temporarily prohibit any person from proceeding, except for access, in that length of Public Footpath No.58, High Wycombe commencing at the junction of Abbey Barn Lane and continues north west to the junction of Public Footpath No.164, High Wycombe.
The closure is required to facilitate the required earthworks and levels required on the Wycombe Summit pursuant to approved planning consent (18/03/25) by Buckinghamshire Council for Wycombe Summit (23/07154/FUL).
Alternative route is via existing Highway Network.
The Order will come into operation on 1 October 2025, as signed, with a maximum duration of 6 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the soonest.
