NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 38 OF PROPOSAL FOR LOCAL DEVELOPMENT ORDER GRANTING PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development in Leeds City Centre and environs, including the communities of Aire Valley Leeds, Hunslet, Richmond Hill, Halton Moor, Woodhouse, Armley, Wortley, Lower Wortley, Bramley, Holbeck, Beeston, Harehills, Chapel Town, Burley, Hyde Park, Headingley, Sheepscar, Stourton, Scott Hall and Cottingley.

I give notice that Leeds City Council proposes to renew the Local Development Order (“Order”) until 31st December 2035, granting planning permission to development of a District Heating Network

A copy of the Order and a statement of the council’s reasons and environmental statement are available at www.leeds.gov.uk/ldo 

Documents available for inspection Merrion House, 110 Merrion Centre, Leeds, LS2 8BB, from 09.00am to 5pm weekdays.
