NOTICE is hereby given that West Sussex County Council made a permanent Order under the provisions of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to introduce lengths of prohibition of waiting at all times (double yellow lines) on sections of both sides of Findon Road, east of the junction with Warren Drive and on the east side of Warren Drive, north and south of the junction with Findon Road.
The Order will come into operation on 29 September 2025. Paper copies of documents will not be available to view in council offices or libraries. People without access to a computer who wish to have a copy of the Order should telephone the West Sussex County Council Contact Centre on 01243 642105 to receive a copy by post.
Any person who wishes to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein, on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act, or on the grounds that any requirements of the act, or of any instrument made under it, has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within 6 weeks from 28 May 2025, apply to the High Court for this purpose.
