GORCHYMYN CEFFNRFORDD YR A458 (BROAD STREET A HIGH STREET, Y TRALLWNG, POWYS) (GWAHARDD CERBYDAU DROS DRO) (RHIF 2) 2025

MAE GWEINIDOGION CYMRU wedi gwneud Gorchymyn o dan adran 16A o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984. Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn cynnal gwyl flynyddol y 1940au ar gefnffordd yr A458, neu gerllaw iddi, yn y Trallwng, Powys.

Effaith y Gorchymyn yw gwahardd dros dro bob cerbyd, ac eithrio’r rhai a ddefnyddir gan y gwasanaethau brys neu ar gyfer yr digwyddiad, rhag mynd ar y darn o gefnffordd yr A458 o’r enw Broad Street a High Street yn y Trallwng, Powys sy’n ymestyn o’i chyffordd â The Cross hyd at ben deheuol yr ynys hollti wrth ei chyffordd â Jehu Road.

Sicrheir mynediad i eiddo ar New Street a Park Lane a chaiff y mynediad hwnnw ei reoli gan drefnwyr y digwyddiad.

Y llwybr arall ar gyfer pob cerbyd arall yw mynd ar y B4381 Severn Street a Severn Road tua’r de i Gylchfan Old Station, Smithfield Road tua’r gogledd, Mill Lane tua’r gorllewin i gyffordd yr A458 yn Church Street, y B4381 Brook Street tua’r gorllewin i Gylchfan Raven a’r A458 Raven Street a Mount Street tua’r dwyrain i gyffordd Jehu Road.

Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 27 Medi 2025 a bydd yn para am 2 ddiwrnod ar y mwyaf. Disgwylir y bydd y gwaharddiad dros dro yn weithredol rhwng 08:00 a 18:00 o’r gloch ar 27 a 28 Medi 2025.

THE A458 TRUNK ROAD (BROAD STREET & HIGH STREET, WELSHPOOL, POWYS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICLES) (NO. 2) ORDER 2025

THE WELSH MINISTERS have made an Order under section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, which is necessary to hold the annual 1940s festival on or near the A458 trunk road at Welshpool, Powys.

The effect of the Order is to temporarily prohibit all vehicles, other than those being used by the emergency services or for the event, from proceeding on the length of the A458 trunk road known as Broad Street and High Street at Welshpool, Powys that extends from its junction with The Cross to the southern tip of the splitter island at its junction with Jehu Road.

Access will be maintained to properties on New Street and Park Lane and such access will be managed by the event organisers.

The alternative route for all other vehicles is via the southbound B4381 Severn Street and Severn Road to the Old Station Roundabout, northbound Smithfield Road, westbound Mill Lane to the A458 junction at Church Street, westbound B4381 Brook Street to Raven Roundabout and eastbound A458 Raven Street and Mount Street to the Jehu Road junction.

The Order comes into force on 27 September 2025 and has a maximum duration of 2 days. The temporary prohibition is expected to operate between 08:00 and 18:00 hours on 27 and 28 September 2025.
