(BRICKWELL COURT, NORTHAMPTON)
(TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit pedestrians from proceeding along that length of Brickwell Court, Northampton as set out below.
LENGTH OF FOOTWAY TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Brickwell Court, Northampton from outside no.12 Brickwell Court to Topgrass Walk.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during telecom underground works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 13th October 2025 and will continue in force for a period of six months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the footway will be restricted for 1 day.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: follow alternative footways.

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that West Northamptonshire Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, to make an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit traffic from proceeding along that length of Middle Street, Upper Heyford as set out below.
LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Middle Street, Upper Heyford from the junction of Main Road to Stone House.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during installation of traffic island and associated works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 10th October 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the road will be restricted for 13 days.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Windermere Way, Northampton from Keswick Drive to Landercost Walk.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during carriageway repairs.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 10th October 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of Gayton Road, Pattishall from the junction of Gayton Road to Anna Lane.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during reinforcement works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 13th October 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during meter exchange works.

LENGTH OF ROAD TO WHICH RESTRICTION APPLIES: That length of High Street, Milton Malsor from the junction of Malzor Lane to 39 High Street.
REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during installation of ducting.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 14th October 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during telecom works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 29th September 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. REASON FOR RESTRICTION: The restriction is required for safety during traffic calming and associated highway works.
PERIOD OF CLOSURE: The proposed Order will come into effect on 29th September 2025 and will continue in force for a period of eighteen months. An application may be made for the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport for the Order to be extended if this proves necessary. However, the restriction specified will have effect only at such times and to such an extent as is indicated by the display of signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
EXPECTED DURATION: It is expected that the roads will be restricted when signed until 19th December 2025. Only one road to be closed at any one time.
