LEEDS CITY COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14(1)
(Back Dawlish Avenue, Osmondthorpe, Leeds)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That because gas replacement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Back Dawlish Avenue, Osmondthorpe, Leeds, between its junction with Ivy Avenue and a point adjacent to 28 Dawlish Mount.
A diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via: Ivy Avenue, Dawlish Avenue, Ivy Road and vice versa. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 6th October 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Tuesday 14th October 2025. The closure will be in place 24 hrs per day. G Pugh. Ref: ECO2500176
(Cavendish Street & St Andrew’s Street, Leeds)
(Temporary Prohibition of Parking & Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because ongoing works are taking place at Marsden House, on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that:
1. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park in either of those two parking bays situated outside Marsden House, Cavendish Street, Leeds. 2. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along St Andrew’s Street,
Leeds, between its junctions with Burley Street and Burley Road. A diversion for vehicles affected by the closure on St Andrew’s Street will be available via: Burley Street, Burley Road, St Andrew’s Street. The Order is intended to come into operation on Wednesday 8th October 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Wednesday 7th April  2027.
(Horsefair, Wetherby, Leeds)
(Temporary Loading Bay Suspension) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park, load or unload in the loading bay situated along Horsefair Wetherby, Leeds, between its junctions with High Street and Hallfield Lane. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. 
The Order shall come into operation on Monday 6th October 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 28th November 2025. The loading bay suspension will be in place for the full

(Lisbon Street, Leeds)(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because development works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along Lisbon Street, Leeds, from its junction with Castle Street to its termination point.
Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order is intended to come into operation on Monday 6 October 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be
completed by Monday 20 October 2025. The closure will be in place for 24 hours on each day. A Coultate. Ref: ECO2500247
(The Hollings, Methley, Leeds)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because Yorkshire Water infrastructure upgrade works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel along The Hollings, Methley, Leeds, between its junctions with Leeds Road. Essential access to and from premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Monday 29th September 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Sunday 26th October 2025. The closure will be in place 24 hours per day. G Pugh Ref: ECO2500182
(Waterloo Street, Hunslet, Leeds)
(Temporary Prohibition of Parking) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because hoarding placement works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s) for Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: 1. No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to park in any of those four disabled parking bays or four pay & display parking bays situated on Waterloo Street, Hunslet, that run from a point 35 metres from the junction with Hunslet Road, for a length of 50 metres. 2. Four alternative disabled parking bays will temporarily be made available on Waterloo Street, from a point 125 metres from the junction with Hunslet Road, for a length of 23 metres (in place of the four existing pay & display bays at that location) and no person other than a disabled badge holder shall cause or permit any vehicle to park in any of those bays. The Order shall come into operation
on Friday 26th September 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Friday 19th December 2025. The restrictions will be in place for 24 hrs on each day. A Coultate. Ref: ECO2500244
(Bradford Road, Stanningley, Leeds)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because statutory diversion works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highways, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to travel eastbound along Bradford Road, Stanningley, Leeds between its junctions with Stanningley Bypass and Woodlands Avenue. Diversionary route for vehicles affected by the closure are available via: Stanningley Bypass & Richardshaw Lane and also via Stanningley Bypass, Henconner Lane & Stanningley Road.
Essential access to premises and for emergency vehicles will be maintained. The Order shall come into operation on Thursday 18 September 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are
completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Sunday 19th October 2025. The closure will be in place between 20:00 hours each evening and 06:00 hours the following morning. G Moate. Ref: ICO2500066
(Mabgate, Leeds) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That because sewer connection works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the under mentioned highway(s), Leeds City Council intends (in not less than 7 days) to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to
travel along Mabgate, Leeds in for a distance of approximately 200m from its junction with Argyle Road. In addition, the existing One-Way traffic flow restriction on Mabgate will be suspended, so that traffic may travel in both directions on Mabgate between Skinner Lane and Argyle Road. A diversionary
route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Mabgate, Bell Street, A61, Regent Street & Skinner Lane.
The Order is intended to come into operation on Saturday 11th October 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 18 months or until the works are completed if earlier. The works are expected to be completed by Sunday 26th October 2025. The closure will be in place between 06:00 hours and 20:00 hours, weekends only. A Coultate. Ref: ECO2500253

(Wetherby Definitive Bridleway No.39)
(Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that because of potential danger to the public arising from electrical connection supply works to a housing development, Leeds City Council has today made an Order, the effect of which is that: No person shall proceed by foot, cycle or on horseback along Definitive Bridleway
Wetherby 39, from its junction with York Road to the junction with Definitive Footpath Wetherby 28, in the Wetherby Ward.
A diversionary route will be available via Definitive Footpath Wetherby 28, Freemans Way, Hallfield Lane, York Road and vice versa. The Order shall commence on Monday 29 September 2025 and will remain in force for a maximum period of 6 months. The closure will be in place from 08:00 hours to 17:00 hours, on weekdays only. The works are expected to be completed by 24 October 2025. Reference TC10124.
(Definitive Footpath Wetherby No.8)
(Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN due to works to construct a new housing development, on or near the under mentioned footpath, Leeds City Council intends in not less than 7 days to make an Order, the effect of which will be that: No person shall proceed on foot along Definitive Footpath Wetherby
No.8; for a distance of approximately 394 metres, between its junctions between its junctions with B1224 and Carr Lane.
A Diversionary route for pedestrians will be available via Definitive Footpath Wetherby 43, Definitive Bridleway Wetherby 9, Definitive Bridleway Wetherby 6 and Definitive Bridleway Wetherby 7; before re-joining Wetherby Definitive Footpath 8 (and vice versa). The Order is intended to come into operation on Tuesday 7 October 2025 and will remain in force 24 hours per day, for a maximum period of 6 months. Reference TC10125.

Leeds City Council Section 63 Local Government
(Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 Provision of a Hackney Carriage Stand –
Concordia Street
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leeds City Council pursuant to the powers contained in Section 63 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976 proposes to appoint a Stand for Hackney Carriages on Concordia Street, Leeds (SE side); from a point 26m south of Swinegate; for a distance
of 17 metres in a south-westerly direction (3 Spaces).
The Stand will operate between 19:00 hours in the evening & 07:00 hours the following morning. A drawing showing the precise location of the Stand is available on request. If you wish to object to, or make any representations concerning this proposal, you should write to TRO Team, City Development,
Merrion House, Merrion Street LS2 8LX or e-mail troteam@leeds.gov.uk  specifying the grounds on which your objection or representation is made, by no later than 24 October 2025.
If no objections are received this Notice will take effect not less than six weeks from the date the Notice was advertised and following the erection of the relevant signage.
