What is happening?
North Yorkshire Council, Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Hardisty Hill
to Kex Gill Road, Blubberhouses, Order 2025, No. 335 We have made
this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Hall Lane, Blubberhouses for a
temporary period of 6 weeks (subject to access to premises) between
28/09/25 & 09/10/25, due to the construction of the new A59. However, the
max duration of this Order is until 28/02/26. The closure period will be
indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will be signed on site

Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Branton Lane, Great Ouseburn, Order
2025, No. 350 We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from
using Branton Lane, Great Ouseburn for a temporary period (subject to
access to premises) between 16/10/25 & 24/10/25, due to Piling Works and
S278 works. However, the max duration of this Order is until 21/10/26. The
closure period will be indicated by traffic signs & a local alternative route will

No 63, Order 2025 Notice is hereby given that The North Yorkshire Council
proposes to make an Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(2), 32(1) &
35(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the
1984 Act & under the Traffic Management Act 2004, the effect of which will
be to introduce the following restrictions in the table below:- Table -
Schedule 1 - Waiting Prohibited At All Times With Exemptions Skipton
Road (A59), Harrogate, North from a point 34 metres West of its junction
with Oak Beck Road to a point 89 metres West of its junction with Oak Beck
Road. Skipton Road (A59), Harrogate, North, from a point 21 metres West
of its junction with Oak Beck Road to its junction with Ripon Road (A61).
Skipton Road (A59), Harrogate, South, from a point 10 metres West of its
junction with Euclid Avenue to a point 19 metres East of its junction with
Euclid Avenue. Skipton Road (A59), Harrogate, South, from a point 24.5
metres West of its junction with Electric Avenue to its junction with Ripon
Road (A61). Schedule 2 – Revocations North Yorkshire County Council
(Harrogate, Knaresborough, Pannal and Burn Bridge) (Parking and Waiting)
(No.16) Order 2013 - In so far as it relates to Schedule 1 (No waiting at any
time), items; 2102, 2104, 2105 & 2106 (Skipton Road, Harrogate). A copy of
the draft Order, together with a map showing the roads affected & a
statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Order may be
inspected at County Hall, Northallerton & at Harrogate Library, Victoria
Avenue, Harrogate HG1 1EG during normal office hours from 25/09/25 to
