Repton Road, Hartshorne - Temporary Road Closure to Facilitate Installation and Maintenance of Fibre Assets
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE REPTON ROAD, HARTSHORNE
WHEN: 14 October to 20 October 2025.
WHERE: Repton Road, Hartshorne between its Jct. with Greysitch Lane and its Jct. with Nether Hall Road.
REASON: To facilitate installation and maintenance of fibre assets.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Netherhall Road, Sandcliffe Road, A511: Burton Road; Ashby Road East; Ashby Road, Bretby Lane, Knights Lane, Hartshorne Road, Repton Road and vice versa. Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of road.
The road will re-open as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire on 01629 533190. The County Council intends to make an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit its use by traffic.
