TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE OF PART OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH 119, LACEBY
(NOTICE OF TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2025
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the North East Lincolnshire Borough Council intend to make not less than seven days from the date of this Notice an Order to the effect of which will be to close Public Footpath 119 between the junction of Public Footpath 118 and Public Footpath 119 at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference TA520752, 406410, and Charles Avenue, Laceby at Ordnance Survey Grid Reference TA520973, 406421. The distance of approximately 230 metres.
The closure commenced on Monday 24th March 2025 at 07.00hrs and continued until 24th September 2025.
The Secretary of State for Transport have extended this Order and will continue until 31st October 2025 or until completion of the works, whatever is earlier.
The continued closure of the Public Footpath is to prevent the likelihood of risk to public safety due to development tasking place along the Public Footpath.
