Rock Street - Temporary Road Closure To Install A New Water Connection

Temporary Closure of Rock Street
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Rock Street - from 35 metres north-east from the junction with Long Street, north-eastwards for a total distance of 13 metres.
This Order will enable Bristol Water to install a new water connection.
The Order becomes effective on 9th October 2025 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 13th October 2025 and last until 15th October 2025 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 3 days.
