What is happening?

Proposed Traffic Calming Scheme
U943 Whites Road, Cabragh

Notice is hereby given that under Article 65 of the Roads (NI) Order 1993, that the Department
for Infrastructure proposes to introduce flat topped road humps on U943 Whites Road,
Cabragh.
The flat topped, full road width humps will be constructed in accordance with the Road Humps
Regulations (NI) 1999, other features will be constructed in accordance with the Traffic
Calming Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995.
The scheme will consist of flat-topped humps, approximately 4.1 metres long, of various road
widths and 75mm high, at the following approximate locations:
• Adjacent to No 8/9 Whites Road
• Adjacent to No 12/15 Whites Road
• Adjacent to No 16/17 Whites Road
• Adjacent to No 30 Whites Road
Objections or other representations may be made in writing to the Department for
Infrastructure, Roads, Network Development Section, County Hall, Omagh, BT79 7AF, within
a period of 31 days from the publication of this notice. A map showing the flat topped humps
may be inspected free of charge during office hours at the above mentioned office by

U927 Old Caulfield Road, Castlecaulfield
Notice is hereby given that under Article 65 of the Roads (NI) Order 1993, the Department for
Infrastructure proposes to introduce road humps and other traffic calming works at Old
Caulfield Road, Castlecaulfield, to control the speed of traffic.
The road humps will be constructed in accordance with the Road Humps Regulations (NI)
1999, other features will be constructed in accordance with the Traffic Calming Regulations
(Northern Ireland) 1995, and consist of:
1 no set of double speed cushions, approximately 3.1 metres long, 1.9 metres wide and 75mm
high, at the following location:
♣ Adjacent to Blessed Patrick O’Loughran Primary School
Objections or other representations may be made to the Department for Infrastructure, Roads,
Network Development, County Hall, Drumragh Avenue, Omagh, BT79 7AF, within a period of
31 days from the publication of this notice. A map showing the road humps and other traffic
calming works may be inspected free of charge, during office hours at the above-mentioned

B45 Eglish Road, Eglish, Dungannon
Notice is hereby given that under Article 65 of the Roads (NI) Order 1993, the Department for
Infrastructure proposes to introduce road humps and other traffic calming works at Eglish
Road, to control the speed of traffic.
The road humps will be constructed in accordance with the Road Humps Regulations (NI)
1999, other features will be constructed in accordance with the Traffic Calming Regulations
(Northern Ireland) 1995, and consist of:
1 no set of triple speed cushions, approximately 3.1 metres long, 1.9 metres wide and 75mm
high, at the following location:
• Adjacent to St Patrick’s Cemetery
1 no set of double speed cushions, approximately 3.1 metres long, 1.9 metres wide and 75mm
high, at the following location:
• Adjacent to No 111 Eglish Road

Notice is hereby given that under Article 65 of the Roads (NI) Order 1993, the Department for
Infrastructure proposes to introduce road humps and other traffic calming works at Annagher
Road, Coalisland, to control the speed of traffic.
The road humps will be constructed in accordance with the Road Humps Regulations (NI)
1999, other features will be constructed in accordance with the Traffic Calming Regulations
(Northern Ireland) 1995, and consist of:
1 no set of double speed cushions, approximately 3.1 metres long, 1.9 metres wide and 75mm
high, at the following locations:
• Adjacent to Nursing Home
• Adjacent to No 4 Annagher Road
• Adjacent to GAA Playing Field
Objections or other representations may be made to the Department for Infrastructure, Roads,
County Hall, Network Development, Drumragh Avenue, Omagh, BT79 7AF, within a period of
31 days from the publication of this notice. A map showing the road humps and other traffic
calming works may be inspected free of charge, during office hours at the above mentioned
