THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (ON-STREET PARKING SPACE FOR DISABLED PERSONS) (VARIOUS STREETS NO 19) ORDER 20_

The Council proposes to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

1. Full details may be inspected online at

M9 JUNCTION 5 CADGERS BRAE ROUNDABOUT) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) (NO.TTRO/1957) ORDER 2025

The Council has made the above named Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on Cadgers Brae Roundabout. From 20:00 hours to 06.00 hours on consecutive nights 29/09/25 – 10/11/25. The prohibition is to allow for resurfacing of the roundabout.

2. This Order temporarily closes M9 Junction 5 Southbound slip road, M9 Junction 5 Northbound slip roads, A905 Inchrya Road between Wholeflats Roundabout and Cadgers Brae Roundabout, A905 Beancross Road (from Cadgers Brae roundabout approx. 900m), A9 Laurieston Bypass from Cadgers Brae Roundabout to the junction of Grandsable Road.
3. The alternative route is:
A905 Beancross Road, Earlsgate Roundabout, A904 Earls Road, Timber Basin Roundabout, A904 Bo’ness Road and A905 Inchyra Road and vice versa.
Or
A905 Beancross Road, Earlsgate Roundabout, A904 Falkirk Road, Westfield Roundabout, A9 Laurieston Link Road, Bog Roundabout, A9 Laurieston Bypass and vice versa.
Or
A9 Laurieston Bypass, B805, B805 Mary Street Roundabout, A803 Mary Street, A803 Polmont Road, M9 Junction 4 (Lathallan interchange).

BO’NESS ROAD (A904), BEANCROSS ROAD (A905), (GRANGEMOUTH)
(TEMPORARY 7.5T WEIGHT RESTRICTION)
(NO.TTRO/1958) ORDER 2025

The Council has made the above named Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing 7.5 tonnes weight restriction attached to Bo’ness Road (A904) and Beancross Road (A905) nightly between 20:00 hours and 06:00 hours on consecutive nights from 29/09/2025 to 10/11/2025. This is required to facilitate the diversion route associated with the temporary closures of Cadgers Brae Roundabout, to facilitate resurfacing of the roundabout.

2. This Order temporarily suspends 7.5 tonnes weight limit attached to:
Bo’ness Road (A904), Grangemouth between its junctions with Powdrake Roundabout and Union Road (C72).
Beancross Road (A905), Grangemouth between its junctions with Beancross Roundabout (A905) and Caledon Green.

THE FALKIRK COUNCIL (U143130, TINTO DRIVE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
(NO.TTRO/1959) ORDER 2025

The Council has made the above named Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily prohibit vehicles on the road locally known as U143130, Tinto Drive from U141740, Kersiebank Avenue to U141220, Garry Place from 09.15 hours on 01/10/2025 until 14.45 hours on 12/10/2025. The prohibition is to allow for the upgrading of pedestrian crossing points.

2. This Order temporarily closes road (U143130) known locally as Tinto Drive from junction with U141740 Kersiebank Avenue to junction with U141220 Garry Place. Local access will be maintained. The road will be reopened for school opening and closing times.
3. The alternative route is: U141740 Kersiebank Avenue in a north/north-westerly direction, U142430 Overton Road in a westerly direction, U141760 Kingseat Avenue in a westerly direction, U140780 Craigleith Road in a southerly direction, U140370 Bowhouse Road in a southerly direction and vice versa. Local access will be maintained.
