Temporary Orders The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (Road From Junction North East Of Trewerry Mill To Junction North Of Degembris Minor Farm, St Newlyn East) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Newlyn East. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 10th October 2025 for one day. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. Road affected - Road From Junction North East Of Trewerry Mill To Junction North Of Degembris Minor Farm, St Newlyn East between grid references SW83802 58079 and SW84422 57674 An alternative route will be signed on site. Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Traffic Restriction Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Church Street, Mevagissey between No 14 and No 18. 

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily suspend the existing one- way order

The County of Cornwall (Mevagissey) (Restrictions on Driving) (Consolidation) Order 1991 (Class Ill) Market Square, River Street and Chapel Square, Mevagissey for their entire length. 

The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because cable alteration works are being executed on or near the road. The Order will come into operation on 6th October 2025 and the works are expected to be completed by the 10th October 2025.
 
The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. 

Nothing in Paragraph 1 of this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Bugle. 

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 8th October 2025 to 9th October 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only. Roads affected - Road From Rescorla To Bowling Green, Road From Kerrow Lane To Rescorla, Bugle from junction with B3374 Between Kerrow Lane And Resugga Green Lane to junction with Road From Rosevean To Bowling Green.

The Cornwall Council Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) The County of Cornwall (A39 Between Gonvena Hill And Tredruston Road, Wadebridge) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2025 

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Wadebridge. 

This prohibition is necessary for principal road maintenance and gully emptying works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th October 2025 to 11th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekends included. 

Road affected -A39 Between Gonvena Hill And Tredruston Road, Wadebridge between Ball roundabout and Tollgate.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Newquay. 

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th October 2025 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Columb. 

This prohibition is necessary for essential maintenance to fire hydrant and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th October 2025 to 8th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 2000 and 0600, weekdays only. 

Road affected - B3274 Between Junction South East Of Bogee Farm And Winnards Perch, St Columb from Winnard's Perch Roundabout to near property known as Outer Retallick. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Newquay. 

This prohibition is necessary for repairs to failed SWW infrastructure and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th October 2025 to 8th October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1830 and 0700, weekdays only. 

Roads affected - Trevemper Road from junction with Mellanvrane Lane to junction with Treninnick Hill, Mellanvrane Lane from side of No 15 Trevemper Road to junction with Trevemper Road, Newquay. Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Newquay. 

This prohibition is necessary for SWW infrastructure repair works works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th October 2025 to 9th October 2025. 
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1830 and 0700, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Par. 

This prohibition is necessary for principle road maintenance and gully emptying and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th October 2025 to 23rd October 2025. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 22nd September 2025 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Wadebridge. This prohibition is necessary for water connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 6th October 2025 to 10th October 2025. 

The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only. Road affected - Shores Lane, Wadebridge between properties An Kernyk and Fiddlesticks.
