THE PROPOSED EAST DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL

(VARIOUS ROADS, LENNOXTOWN)

(20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER 20XX

East Dunbartonshire Council, in accordance with their powers under s84 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers, propose to consider the introduction of a 20-mph speed limit on the entire length or part of the length of those roads in Lennoxtown listed in Schedule 1 below.

DUNBARTONSHIRE COUNCIL (VARIOUS ROADS, LENNOXTOWN)  (20 MPH SPEED LIMIT) ORDER, together with a plan and statement of reasons for proposing to make this Order, are available for inspection without payment of fee on the Traffic Regulation Orders page of the East Dunbartonshire Council website and at:-

(i)    Roads & Environment, Broomhill Industrial Estate, Kilsyth Road, Kirkintilloch, G66 1TF. Telephone Enquiries to 0300-123-4510 (Mon – Fri 9am to 5pm);

(ii)   William Patrick Library, 2-4 West High Street, Kirkintilloch  (Mon – Thu 10am to 8pm, Fri – Sat 10am to 5pm); and

(iii)  Lennoxtown Library, 46 Main Street, Lennoxtown, G66 7JJ (Mon, Wed 10am to 8pm, Tue, Thu, Fri 10am to 5pm).
