THE REDBRIDGE (WAITING, LOADING, STOPPING AND STREET PARKING PLACES) CONSOLIDATION ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO. 6) ORDER 2025
The Council of the London Borough of Redbridge, after consulting the Commissioner of Police of the Metropolis, in exercise of the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended and of all other enabling powers, on 17 September 2025 made the above-mentioned Order, the effect of which will be to introduce:
Permit Parking Area [WD] operating Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 6.30pm in
(a) Eastway,
(b) Grosvenor Road,
(c) Grove Park,
(d) Stanstead Road, and
(e) The Avenue.
3-hour maximum stay paid cashless parking place operating Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 6.30pm in parts of Eastway.
3-hour maximum stay paid cashless parking place operating Monday to Saturday between 8.30am to 6.30pm in parts of
(a) Grosvenor Road, and
(b) Grove Park.
3-hour maximum stay paid cashless parking place or permit holders (WD) operating Monday to Saturday between 8.30am to 6.30pm in parts of
(a) Grosvenor Road,
(b) Grove Park, and
(c) The Avenue.
3-hour maximum stay paid cashless parking place or permit holders (WD) operating Monday to Friday between 8.30am to 6.30pm in part of Stanstead Road.
Double yellow lines (no waiting at any time restrictions) in parts of
(a) Carlton Terrace,
(b) Eastway,
(c) Gloucester Road,
(d) Grosvenor Road,
(e) Grove Park,
(f) Hereford Road,
(g) Leicester Road,
(h) Nightingale Lane,
(i) Nutter Lane,
(j) Rutland Road,
(k) Stanstead Road, and
(l) Warwick Road.
A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 22 September 2025, together with the Council’s statement of reasons for making the Order, the map schedules and map schedule legend indicating the locations and the effects may be examined at the Customer Centre, Lynton House, 255 to 259 High Road, Ilford, IG1 1NY Monday to Friday (except on Bank Holidays).
Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or any provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made, make application to the High Court.
