The District Of South Cambridgeshire (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions And Street Parking Places) Order 2023 (Amendment No. 10) Order 2025
NOTICE is hereby given that on the 24th of September 2025 Cambridgeshire County Council made the abovenamed Order under the powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) and the Traffic Management Act 2004 (as amended). Prohibit waiting at any time (install double yellow lines) on the southeastern side of High St from near its junction with Symonds Ln to its junction with Cambridge Rd, extending south-eastwards along both sides of Horn Ln (to the property boundaries of Nos. 28 and 30 High St on the southern and northern sides respectively). And on the northwestern side of High St from: its junction with Market Ln, south-westwards for 21.5m; around the junction of Meadow Ln and High St; around the junction of Symonds Ln and High St, extending approx. 82m northwards along Symonds Ln and extending around the junction of Symonds Ln and Hillway; in front of No. 67b High St.
Install: 3 free parking bays outside No. 63 High St; a disabled parking bay and 3 free parking bays outside Nos. 57 to 61 High St; a disabled parking bay outside No. 13 High St; and a bus stop clearway outside Nos. 67 and 67a High St. Note, an Order of the same name was erroneously sealed on the 17th of September 2025, that Order has been revoked and its effects replaced by this Order.
A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on the 25th of September 2025, and a Statement of the Council’s Reason for having made the Order, may be inspected at the office of the undersigned during normal office hours and online, on the Council’s website, at the following address https://shorturl.at/cjnIO – see reference PR1053.
Any person desiring to question the validity of the above-named Order or any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 or that any requirement of that Act or of any instrument made under it has not been complied with may do so by application to the High Court within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made.
