GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF VARIOUS ROADS

(ULEY AND NORTH NIBLEY PARISHES) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the lengths of road as detailed in the Schedule below.

The reason for the said closures is for water renewal works.

The said roads are expected to be closed from 22nd September 2025 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether any days are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the said closures taking effect. This Order may permit the said closures in any order, or simultaneously as required. It is anticipated all works will be completed by 22nd December 2025.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE C260 ECHO LANE TO B4060 (STINCHCOMBE PARISH) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C260 Echo Lane to the B4060 Road from its junction with Echo Lane to its junction with the B4060 Melksham Court Stinchcombe to Stancombe for a distance of approximately 457 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for telecommunication works.

The said road is expected to be closed from 29th September 2025 until 18th September 2026 or until the said works have been completed.

There will be no waiting, stopping or loading permitted throughout the duration of the said works.

The said roads are expected to be closed on a rolling programme commencing 22nd September 2025 where the presence of approved signage will indicate whether the said closure are in force. Further advance warnings of dates/times will be displayed on site prior to the closures taking effect. This Order may permit the said closures in any order, or simultaneously as required. It is anticipated all such works will be completed by 31st August 2026.

TEMPORARY CLOSURE C375 BRADLEY STREET

(WOTTON UNDER EDGE TOWN) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the C375 Bradley Street from outside of the property known as “No. 1 Bradley Street” to outside of the property known as “No. 4 Bradley Street” for a distance of approximately 30 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for drainage connection works.

(WOTTON UNDER EDGE TOWN) STROUD DISTRICT

Gloucestershire County Council, as traffic authority, intends to make an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of the 301482 Valley Road from its junction with Combe Road to outside the property known as “3 Cranborne” for a distance of approximately 25 metres.

The reason for the said closure is for manhole works.

The said road is expected to be closed from 7th October 2025 until 21st October 2025 or until the said works have been completed.
